At Wax & Warmth Candle Company, every candle is carefully hand-poured and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Shipping Schedule:
Orders will be shipped Monday - Friday with occasional exceptions due to holidays or extreme weather events.
Shipping Area:
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers through Shopify or Pirate Ship shipping. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Address Accuracy:
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Wax & Warmth Candle Company is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Unclaimed, Refused, or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, refused, undeliverable due to customer error, or not picked up from the carrier or post office, the following terms apply:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are not issued for unclaimed, refused, undeliverable, or uncollected orders.

Customers may request reshipment, but will be responsible for the new shipping charges.

Because candles and perfumes are sensitive to heat and handling, returned items may arrive damaged, melted, or unsellable. In these cases:

Unsellable candles and perfumes will be replaced with the same fragrance if available.

If that fragrance is unavailable, we will provide your choice of a similar candle or perfume of equal value as a substitution.

Potential Delays:
While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.
