Thank you so much for supporting a small, hand-poured business. Every candle and solid perfume is carefully crafted in small batches, and we truly want you to love your experience with Wax & Warmth.
Below is our return and refund policy, designed to be fair, supportive, and sustainable for both our customers and our small studio.
🕯️ Candles & Solid Perfumes
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and are considered personal-use fragrance products once opened or used, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Scent preferences
- Change of mind
- Products that have been used or tested
- General fragrance dissatisfaction unrelated to damage, defects, or order errors
Fragrance is a very personal experience, and scent preferences can vary from person to person. We always encourage customers to read scent descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing — we’re always happy to help guide you toward fragrances you may enjoy.
📦 If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
Your experience matters to us, and we’ll gladly make things right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist as quickly as possible.

3️⃣ Attach clear photos of the product and packaging
After reviewing your submission, we’ll determine whether a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund is the best solution.
🔁 Returns (If Requested)
In some situations, we may ask for an item to be returned so we can better understand the issue or improve future products.
If a return is needed, we will provide:
- A prepaid return shipping label
- Simple instructions for returning the item
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
💳 Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
🚚 Shipping Issues
Refunds cannot be issued for packages returned due to:
- Refused delivery
- Unclaimed packages
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
If this occurs, we’re happy to reship your order, though additional shipping charges may apply.
